My aboriginal dot painting is of my house and my neighbor’s houses. It is on West Shore Drive on Lake Stanton. My house is the tan one with the black dots with white dots inside of them. We live right next to a cornfield and the lake. I also have dog prints heading to the back to the cornfield because that is where our dog kennel is. We also have a TON of geese that come by our house.
I had a lot of problems with the dotting my painting went wonderful it was all smooth it didn’t crack or anything… But then we got to the dotting I thought it was going to be so easy but no it’s not your have to go slow enough to keep it a clean. My dots were getting messy smearing all over so I learned the hard way to slow it down and dot it in a rhythm. Other than that it was awesome to paint.
I am VERY happy with my overall painting to me it looks neat, clean and awesome. I have worked very hard and have been patient to finish… Thank you for reading my Aboriginal dot-painting storyMY AWESOME ABDOT PAINTING.jpgPhoto on 2013-03-13 at 09.09 #2.jpg
Why did I draw the animal I did? Well first of all it’s AMAZING!! It is a Jesus Christ Lizard and it can run across water!!
I had absolutely no problems at all with this drawing!! I was so glad that I didn’t. All I did was draw the outside of the lizard and make a skeleton type structure on the inside.
I am so happy with this drawing. I usually am not that good at this kind of stuff but this time it went really well. The only thing I am kind of not happy about is my patterns being a little sloppy but overall I am soooooo happy!!
